Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the products, offers and promotions of HUND TEC Ltd. ("HundteC", "we"), 525 West 8th Avenue #627, Vancouver, BC, Canada, including HundteC POS and the offers we advertise on our website and social media. By using our products or taking up an offer, you agree to these terms.

1. What "free website" and "free social posts" mean

  • The online ordering website and daily social media posts advertised with HundteC POS are included only with an active, paid HundteC POS subscription. They are features of the subscription, not stand-alone free services.
  • If the subscription ends, the included website and posting service end with it. We will give you reasonable notice and a copy of your menu data on request.
  • Social posts are generated from your menu and business information; you are responsible for reviewing content published on your own channels and can turn posting off at any time.

2. Hardware

  • Hardware is sold separately. HundteC POS runs on iPad, iPhone and Android tablets that you own or buy; tablets, stands, printers and payment terminals are not included in the software subscription unless a written quote says so.

3. Demos and trials

  • A demo or trial gives you access for evaluation only. Demo data may be reset. A demo is not a promise of specific results for your business.

4. Pricing and changes

  • Subscription pricing is quoted to you directly and may change with notice before your next billing period.
  • Offers and promotions can be changed or withdrawn at any time; the terms shown here at the time you signed up apply to you.

5. Referrals

  • When a referral reward is offered, it is paid or credited only after the referred business becomes an active, paying HundteC POS customer and stays active for 30 days. One reward per referred business; we may refuse referrals that are self-referrals or abuse the program.

6. Acceptable use and liability

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, prices and taxes, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
  • To the extent permitted by law, HundteC's total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
